Forged In Fire
From humble beginnings, two brothers—Luis and Iago—began their journey through the craft of Brazilian churrasco and live fire cooking.
Raised in a Brazilian home where weekend churrasco was tradition, their first job as young churrascaros was simple but sacred: start the fire. Once the charcoal caught, everyone knew—the party had begun.
The aroma of Brazilian wood charcoal set the stage. The meats followed. And without even realizing it, the brothers began building their future.
After years of cooking for family, they were invited to cater a graduation party. They brought the fire, the flavor, and the soul—and guests couldn't stop raving. That was the spark.
With time, prayer, and patience, they took a leap.
Armed with makeshift grills, a tent, and a dream, the brothers launched their first public event at Charter Oak Brewing in Danbury, CT. Father's Day, June 19, 2022 — Brazilian BBQ Boys was born.
The heat was brutal. The grills smoked nonstop. But they sold out. That day confirmed what they already knew: this was their calling.
Today, with a custom-built BBQ trailer and a growing fan base, they bring the Brazilian BBQ experience to weddings, corporate events, and private parties across Connecticut and beyond.
