Brazilian BBQ Boys provides live-fire Brazilian churrasco catering for private and corporate events, as well as food truck and public appearances, serving Connecticut, New York, and Massachusetts. Menu items, packages, and pricing shown on our website are for general information and may change; the details in your written quote or invoice are what apply to your event.

Quotes and booking

• Quotes are estimates based on the event details you provide (date, location, guest count, and menu selections) and are not a confirmed booking.
• A booking is confirmed when we agree on the event details in writing and any required deposit is received.
• Final guest counts and menu selections must be confirmed by the date stated in your quote or invoice.

Payments, cancellations, and changes

• Deposit, payment schedule, and cancellation terms are stated in your quote or invoice and may vary by event type and season.
• If you need to reschedule or change event details, contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate.
• Outdoor events depend on safe working conditions. If severe weather or conditions beyond our control prevent safe service, we will work with you to reschedule or find a reasonable alternative.

Food safety and allergens

Our food is prepared in facilities and with equipment that handle common allergens (including meat, dairy, eggs, gluten, and nuts). Please tell us about dietary restrictions or allergies when booking so we can advise what we can and cannot accommodate. Guests with severe allergies consume our food at their own discretion.

Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate event information and a safe, accessible setup area for our equipment (including clearance for live-fire grilling where applicable).
• Obtain any venue permissions or permits required for outside catering or open-flame cooking at your location.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
